Attacking Apathy: How to Identify Problems in Your Community & Do Something About Them

Saturday, Sept. 10
9 – 11 a.m.
Civitas Office, 10845 Olive Blvd. #155, 63141

Join Civitas on Saturday, Sept. 10 for a special guest speaker. We’ve invited Dawn Chapman, one of the founders of JustMomsSTL, to speak with students.

Dawn has a unique story. When she discovered radioactive waste in her community, Dawn didn’t whine about it on Facebook, she used it to motivate her neighborhood (and others in the country) to take action.

The morning will be focused on providing information to students about how to become engaged in local issues and work to improve the world around them.

Cost: Free (But please RSVP)
