Siobhán Hayes

Siobhán Hayes currently serves as the Director of Digital Harbor Foundation’s Tech Lab Director. In this capacity, she oversees community-based programming and strategic development of the Tech Center and Center of Excellence, which serve youth and educators in Baltimore City and beyond. Siobhan has over 15 years of experience developing and leading programs focused on women’s rights, leadership, youth development, and civic engagement in the international NGO, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. Previously, Siobhán served as the Senior Program Officer for Training and Evaluation for the Women’s Learning Partnership for Rights, Development, and Peace where for more than a decade she developed culturally-specific leadership programs on democratic participation, including a Global Training of Trainers program, and facilitated peer to peer capacity building for organizations in over forty countries, strengthening local organizations to become self-sustaining and to power women’s movements across the globe. She has also worked in higher education, developing civic engagement partnerships and programming for students. She has extensive experience in development and resource mobilization, organizational capacity building, partnership building, program management and strategic planning.

Katerina Canyon serves as Executive Director of the Peace Economy Project, where she combines her passion for community advocacy, creative expression, and social justice to challenge militarization and uplift human-centered policy. Drawing on experience in tech, nonprofits, and international communication, she leads research and organizing focused on peace, accountability, and community investment. She is also a poet whose work explores trauma, resilience, and collective healing.
