The GROW Mo Love Retreat is a two day convergence of Missouri based student climate activists and community organizers who are working to build a strong coalition around various campaign strategies that target the fossil fuel industry. Workshops will cover a wide variety of topics, including campaign planning, fossil fuel divestment, eco-justice, social and traditional media skills and non-violent direct action planning. They will also be teaming up with community groups like MORE (Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment) and YSTL (Youth Activists United St. Louis) to participate in direct actions and learn more about on going off-campus campaigns.

GROW Mo LOVE is is a joint effort of 350.org’s GROW (Gather Resist Organize Win) fossil fuel divestment network and activists from the Missouri student network Mo LOVE.
