This special event will take place on October 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM at Eden Seminary in Webster Groves, MO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This unforgettable evening aims to promote peace and raise funds to support the vital work of the Peace Economy Project. Attendees will experience an inspiring blend of music and activism, highlighting the power of art in fostering social change and community engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Rick Burkhardt<\/strong>: is an Obie-award-winning performer, composer, and playwright.&nbsp;&nbsp;He toured nationally with the satirical political cabaret duo, The Prince Myshkins.&nbsp;&nbsp; His songs have been featured on Pacifica Radio&#8217;s \u201cDemocracy Now\u201d and NPR\u2019s \u201cMorning Edition.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Charlie King<\/strong>: is a musical storyteller and political satirist.&nbsp;&nbsp;He has been at the heart of American folk music for 60 years. His songs have been recorded and sung by Pete Seeger, Holly Near, Ronnie Gilbert, John McCutcheon, Arlo Guthrie, Peggy Seeger, and Chad Mitchell.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charlie &amp; Rick have been recording and touring together for the past 25 years &#8211; edgy harmonies, incendiary lyrics, powerful instrumentation and theatrical hijinks \u2013 a show not to be missed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Good Trouble<\/strong>: GOOD TROUBLE is a collective of St. Louis educators and musicians. They express their feelings about social justice issues through music, a mission that is deeply inspired by the words of human rights activist John Lewis.
