Siobh\u00e1n Hayes currently serves as the Director of Digital Harbor Foundation\u2019s Tech Lab Director. In this capacity, she oversees community-based programming and strategic development of the Tech Center and Center of Excellence, which serve youth and educators in Baltimore City and beyond. Siobhan has over 15 years of experience developing and leading programs focused on women\u2019s rights, leadership, youth development, and civic engagement in the international NGO, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. Previously, Siobh\u00e1n served as the Senior Program Officer for Training and Evaluation for the Women’s Learning Partnership for Rights, Development, and Peace where for more than a decade she developed culturally-specific leadership programs on democratic participation, including a Global Training of Trainers program, and facilitated peer to peer capacity building for organizations in over forty countries, strengthening local organizations to become self-sustaining and to power women\u2019s movements across the globe. She has also worked in higher education, developing civic engagement partnerships and programming for students.
