New Year’s resolutions often focus on self-improvement—eating better, exercising more, or reducing stress. But what if we could go beyond ourselves and use these resolutions to uplift our communities?
Healthy Resolutions for Peace is about setting intentional goals that not only promote your physical and mental well-being but also contribute to social change. By prioritizing health and harmony, we can foster the same values in our neighborhoods, schools, and governments.
How It Works
1. Make a Commitment.
Choose a resolution that supports peace and wellness—whether it’s running a 5K, meditating daily, walking more, or learning a new skill.
2. Join the Movement.
Sign up for our virtual fundraiser through Charity Footprints. Track your progress and invite friends and family to support your journey.
3. Inspire Others.
Share your journey on social media and encourage others to set goals and raise awareness about demilitarization, equity, and justice.
What We’re Fighting For
