Hiroshima-Nagasaki Remembrance

WILPF will be hosting their annual Hiroshima-Nagasaki Remembrance, featuring speakers Dr. Steve Tamari and Dr. Henry Berger of he History Dept. of Washington University on the historical context of bombings. It will also include a verbal tribute to Fr. Carl Kabat for his life-long anti-war activism.
The event is also a potluck, so please bring a food dish or drink to share.
Event starts at 5:30 with drinks and conversation, potluck at 6 pm. The program will run from 7-8pm, and will end with a traditional peace ceremony of the floating of boats with candles at 8 pm.
